Headlights will not turn off without disconnecting battery

Also no rear running lights or dashboard lights. I have replaced the headlight/dimmer switch and the problem still exists.

are these auto shutoff lamps? do you have driving lights installed form the factory? this can be your relay box behind right center of dash or your main headlight switch on dash as well as the autolamp module behind center of dash.
