I have a 2000 Ford F-150 4.2L V6 that has lost almost all compression and when I run the codes all I get is a misfire on cylinders 2, 3, 4, 6 I have replaced the spark plugs, spark plug wires and the ignition coil but I still read the same thing what do you believe could be wrong with the truck?

Yes engine copression was only about a 50 or 60 on each cylinder and the fuel system was fine a friend suggested that maybe it could be the o2 sensors what do you think
