How do I remove the window motor on a 2000 Ford Explorer?

I have the door panel off and see the motor but it looks like it's held on with rivots.

You have to drill the rivets out to get it out and then either use the same type rivets or small bolts to hold it back in.

Thank you very much! Drilled out the rivets and replaced the entire regulator and motor assembly. Attached new one with bolts as suggested. Window works like a charm now.
