Car has park lights no headlights, even tho the head lights come on when wiggled i've never had a problem with it starting.I tun the key to start it up no sound, radios on dome light comes on park lights on car won't start wont make a sound, what could be the problem its a 2000 ford escort.

Check all the batt cables even the little wires that come off the big cables, check all the fuseable links down at the starter, check all the grounds you can find to. As far as the headlights that sounds like maybe some bad bulbs or the connectors that go to them.
