How do you check the turbo on a Dodge diseal truck

My truck lacks power going uphill and shifiting gears have new fuel pump glog plugs and have check everything else ecept tubro and other things I would like to know whats wrong

A shop will use a boost gauge to test it. Not something you can do at home unless you have the tools and knowledge. Let a shop at least check it for you and give you a bid.
