Ignition?

I have a 00 dakota rt with a 408 stroker with msd ignition high rise intake and holly fuel injectoin I recently tried to strart and it will only stay started for a min. Or so the n turn off like I would turn the key off then it will start again and shut off again and so on what would you think the problem is

Make sure the ignition box isn't overheating an cutting out. Make sure the coil isn't cutting out. Make sure the fuel pump isn't cutting out, including the relay and the Maxifuse.
