What causes the auto shutdown fuse to keep blowing

That could be any number of thing as that relay powers nearly everything associated with the fuel injection, including the fuel pump, injectors, computer and things the computer itself powers. You would have to just start disconnecting things powered by that relay until it stops blowing fuses.
