2000 Dodge Caravan sport whirring sound?

2000 dodge caravan sport has a whirring sound that increases when I drive the car faster over 30mph no vibration in the steering, no knocks clunk, no******** back and forwards it gives a smooth ride, it has however slight tire wear on the passenger tire

Does it go away temporarily if you make a turn in either direction? That would indicate a bad wheel bearing.

It seems to change in tone a bit
I tryed coasting the vehicle in neutral and it was still there

Like I said, it has all the right symptoms for a bad wheel bearing. The question I didn't ask is the noise coming from front or back? The back wont change with turns.
