I changed thermostat burbed system and still no.

I changed thermostat burbed system and still no heat both heater hoses are hot.

If both heater core hoses are hot, then the heater core is flowing. That leaves the blend air door. It is near the heater core and opens and closes based on if you want heat or AC.
