Truck was idling, then it shut off. I tried to start it and noticed ecm fuse was blown. Replaced fuse and they continued to blowout as soon as I turned key. I replaced ecm but fuse continued to blowout.

Most of the time it will be a shorted o2 sensor or ignition coil, unplug then all and replace the fuse, then plug the components in one at a time until the fuse blows. This will be the part that needs to be replaced. Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
