My tire seemed flat when I first started driving it and seems lower but no flat tire. I drove a little bit on it and the tire seemed fine until I stopped. Then it made a 'thump thump thump sound every time it rotated. I checked air pressure and all seem to be at 30 psi. This tire im having issues with is the front driver's side. Please help me.

You probably have a busted cord in the tire which makes it bulge out of round and thump. Sometimes they act worse at slow speeds but fine/better at fast speeds. If you jack up wheel and spin tire you should be able to spot the problem or just feel tire tread area with your hands and you can feel it. Compare with other tire if need be.

It's up to you how many tires you buy. I usually just replace the bad 1. Sometimes with a used tire. Many tire places will sell you a used tire to match your size.
