My impala is 2000 with a v6 engine and my ac/heater works whenever it wants to and when we want to use it doesn't work or it does not turn on and either does my climate control turns on and we tired everything reset battery doesn't work.

have battery checked for condition including load test auto parts does for free then have it scanned for codes may be a control head.
