PCM replacement

How do u get a security light to go off and my van to start. I just had to replace the ecm after finding that it was split almost in two and now the security light stays on and the van will start for a minute and die. What to do? Also here is a pic of the old ecm.

You used a new one? Used will never work. You also must have it flashed to your vehicle. Here are instructions int he diagrams below. Roy

Just to add to this one You need to relearn the pass lock sensor turn the key to the start position leave the key in the run position.Wait for the security light to turn off ten turn the key off for ten seconds then repeat these steps 2 more times by the fourth time of trying to start it it should start. Let me know what happens.
