My 2000 astro van starts and idles rough and chugs when you go to take off then gets a little smother around 35mph. I already changed the fuel pump about a year ago just changed the wires and fuel filter.

If you have the spider fuel system, that system is known for problems. I'd still use a fuel pressure gage on it, to check. The fuel poppets may need cleaning. The cleaning procedure I've seen is, a shop procedure. I don't know if injector cleaner in the gas will help or not? How long since a tune-up?

Not even 15000 miles on the plugs and cap and rotor and did wires again last week because 2 wires were burnt along with the coil wire and that fixed the problem for about a week now its doing the chug thing again

You can try some seafoam, see if it helps anything? Inspect and test the IACV, Map sensor, MAF sensor and the throttle position sensor-also check fuel pressure
