How do I get my wipers to work?

I bring my car to shop to get fixed and when I gave it to them my wipers worked and my lights inside van didn't work. Now the lights inside work and wipers don't work? I checked fuses and it's all good. The washing fluid comes out but wipers won't budge. Can you help me?

Check wiper fuse in I/P fuse block if okay have the front wiper switch and front windshield wiper motor and module checked-disregard the relay
