Check fuses first in car under rear seat and under hood as well as dash. Then have it scanned by a professional.

You need to check to see if there is power to the wiper motor.

Check your body ground from the battery and engine. Usually they all do not quit like that so it has to be a body ground causing the problem. Of course check the fuses and relays as well. You can go to this site and it will tell you how to do it under more repair services.
