2000 Cadillac EL Dorado cooling fan relay

Engine cooling fans not working. Put the car on a code scanner and it says the relays are bad. Where are these relays located? Thanks in advance for your answer.

I think they are down behind the radiator, between the fans.

Yes there down in between the the motor and radiator right on the frame.
