2000 Buick Regal Transmission problem

I have a 2000 buick regal and all of a sudden, it does not wants to shift in 2nd and 3rd gear. It is any sensor or so than can cause this problem ( or that need to be changed in order to fix this problem)? Thanks!

have a trans guy scan for codes it may be a shift solenoid or something else in trans. also check fuses under hood.

inside the transmission attached to valve body but it may not be that also could be a wiring problem.
