1999 VW Eurovan fuel

Van will start and run great but after it gets warm it dies and does not get fuel or fire and after it cools it will start run and do the same all over again. Is this the fuel pump, electrical, sensor, relay or what?

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure first fule pressure should be 2.5 bar approx
