Hi, we just got the car listed above used (t6) and noticed that one of the warning lights are one always while driving. It looks like a car with car tracks below that. Also, the "service" light stays on for about five minutes while driving before it turns off. Will it pass the inspection for a sticker?

Sounds as if it may have a traction control problem or an ABS issue. I will need to know what code are sent first, this will help with a diagnosis.

Sorry for the late reply, have been very busy. We went to AutoZone today for a diagnostic test (the free check engine light test) and it did not run any codes. The employee said there were no codes at all so I assume all is good? The symbol I described is indeed the traction control symbol (I learned that this morning). But our state DMV site states that they do not check for ABS or traction control during their tests because "they are not a required feature of the car" but I am still wondering if any of this would prevent getting an inspection sticker or not.

If the DMV will accept it then go and get the inspection, you can sort out the traction control later. It sounds as if you need a scanner that will check ABS system, they may have just done a generic engine code check and not been able to go into the ABS system, a general mechanic will be able to do this scan.
