The water pump to power steering pump belt is non adjustable fit
item.

When the belt becomes worn & too loose, the belt is replaced.

- remove the 3 bolts for the w/p pulley
- remove belt & pulley (pulley comes off in 2 pieces)
- loop new belt around p/s pulley
- install inner w/p pulley half
- hold belt against inner w/p pulley, place a bolt through outer
pulley half and start the bolt in one of the mounting holes of
the w/p flange
- rotate the outer pulley to align other mounting holes and install
remaining two bolts
- evenly tighten mounting bolts. Turn p/s pump pulley to seat
belt in w/p pulley as you snug up the bolts

The belt will walk-up the w/p pulley until the pulley halves are
touching/flush at the mounting base.

Final torque for bolts is 25Nm

What if the only small belt available is already too loose?
