A relay fuse fell out. I don't know which position it belongs as I do not have a diagram panel. It has the number 18 on it and has 4 prongs. Can any tell what position it belongs in.

18 is the "" relay. Once I know which body style Golf / Jetta you have, I'll tell you where it goes.
