There is an access panel beside the ebrake, you'll see it when you drop the tank. The pump has a position it locks into on the tank bottom. Pay attention to the arrows on the top of the module, it aligns with the one on the tank collar. I'd save money and time by using the port on the fuel rail to see what the actual pressure is first.
