Wiper pump

My wiper fluid isn't working in my 1999 camry. I don't hear the pump trying to pump. I suspect either the switch or the pump. Where is the washer pump? Is it hard to replace?

It is probably the pump motor they go out all the time here is a guide to show you what you are in for with diagrams below to help you see what it will be like for your car.
