When I accelerate the car vibrate (just like as if it is bumping) and at higher speed the bumping goes more frequent but small in terms of vibration. I showed this to mechanic and he advised me that I need to change a lot of things. Some of them are ; inner tire rolls, front truss, tires and alignment correction. I couldn't understand much but is the first one inner tie rods? How much cost should I expect in repairing?

Take it to another garage and get a quote. Have them check the Ball joints and tie rod ends as well as the rest of the front end. Depending what they find can range anywhere from 150 to 500. Depending on the garage, shop around a lot of shops do the same work but there prices change.
