1999 Toyota 4Runner 4Runner possible missfire?

Recently, I went under the intake and changed my knock sensors because I was getting codes for them, and I went and put it back together. My car ran fine until I realized I had two tubes mixed up, I believe they were the ones that come to the intake manifold into the engine block, and the one that goes from the air intake into somewhere else that I can't remember. My car started knocking soon after start up and I came to the conclusion that my injectors were bad. It cranks fine and idles almost perfectly until I switch it into drive and the acceleration hesitates and when I floor it gets a giant burst of acceleration and then it bogs down. I think I might need a new crankshaft pos. Sensor (but my check engine light isnt on.) In the image below, its the two tubes right under the throtle body.

There was knock sensor codes and cylinder missfire codes, but once I changes my spark plugs, they went away

Ok, re check your work. You may have a vacuum leak from the upper intake. I see the pictures but what hoses are you referring to

The ones under the throttle body, I do need new gaskets so that might be the issue, but ive sealed them with gasket makr so I dont know what else to do

Its the the two vacuum hoses right under the cruise control line and throttle line. One of them go fro that air box to the lower manifold and the other one gooes from the underside of he upper manifold to the fuel rod I belive, or right next to it.

All gaskets must be replaced. Gasket sealer is no good.

Start with replacing the gaskets
