Does a 1999 saturn have a resianator, if why would it need to be changed

Yes it should have one the only reason I have replaced them is for cracking and leaking exhaust I have replaced a lot of them.

It's 1 hour labor time's shop labor rate 80-100 per hour.I don't have a listing for the factory part. Last price I heard was about 200 for the factory one. Your best bet is to go to a exhaust shop and get a estimate.
