Random misfire on the diagnostic test

Whats wrong with my car? It has random misfire on the diagnostic test, a water leak and even when theres water in it it gets warm. Its a 99 grand am 4cyl 2.4L it is knocking has full oil and all entioned in question. Has new spark plugs and boots. Please help thanks

There was some typos in question I ment even when there is water in it it gets warm and in details all mentioned in question, thanks

The carrier for the coils and module arecommon for failure. I would replace the carrier, coils and module.
