Grand Am power loss

I have a '99 pontiac grand am that is lossing power. I tested the alternator and purchased a new battery. What else could it be?

If the battery is going dead, check for electrical draws when everything is off. Go to our homepage under the DIY section for directions to check. If there is no draw, check the fuseable link between the alt and the battery.
