Start by replacing the thermostat

I have and they said it was good. My temp gages is reading right at the 200 mark which is in the middle and I was told thats the temp its always ran at but I have never noticed it. I just foun out that there is a small oil leak coming from under the manafold, and that my car is also reading a cylinder 1 missfire. Do you have any advice on what I should do
