1999 Plymouth Voyager timing

How do I set the timing on my 99 voyager? Belt came off I put it back On undamaged but timing is off do I need any special tools

Because this is an interference engine you more than likely bent a few valves. You should get a new timing belt preferably a timing belt kit. It will have all parts you should change. You cannot reinstall the old one because it's worn out especially from the pics you sent. Instructions and diagrams are in pics.
