1999 Plymouth Neon Brake Lights

I cant get my brake lights to work. I changed the bulbs and the fuse and they're still wont come on. All the other lights work.

Does the 3rd "high mount" brake light work?

No that one doesn't work either

That means that you need to test for power coming into the brake light switch all the time and going back out when the brake is applied.
