Car starts only on flat surface

Recently my van has only wanted to start on a flat surface when it sits on an incline or hill for half hour to hour it does not want to start. After sitting overnight it starts up again. What are the possible options after checking fuses and relays? Thank You.

I would check fuel pressure first, it seems odd that it only does it on an incline but that would be the first thing I would check when it wont start.

Another thing to check is does it have spark when it does this?
