The climate control knob causes the front air vents to blow hot air,like the heater is turned on no matter what mode of operation is selected.the air vents on the doors and the small air vent on the passenger side of the dash blows cold air.

one of your actuators may not be working. try pulling hvac fuse for 60 seconds then reinstalling it might reset the one. if not check to see if they are getting electric but this should be scanned to see if there is anything else worng with it.
