1999 Oldmobile Alero 3.4liter Neither cooling fan are working. I have replaced both cooling fans, all three relays, and coolant temp sensor. When you disconnect the temp sensor they run in safety mode. Note: the ac compressor doesn't kick on either, though the freon level on thelow side is fully charged. What should I check next?

You may have an electrical problem with your A/C circuit but I doubt there is anything wrong with the fans. They are intentionally programmed to come on at relatively high temps, most above 225 degrees. You have already proven that the PCM has full control of the fans and the circuit is working properly.
As far as the A/C, someone is going to have to follow a wiring diagram to test the circuit.
