Where would the best spot under my motor in order to change the Front, Front Right and Rear mounts. Also is there a certain order I should do it

No special order. If you can support the engine on the harmonic balancer that would be good. I don't like using the oil pan, but if you do, make sure to put a 2x4 between the pan and the jack and be careful not to damage the oil pan.
