1999 Pathfinder cylinder 1 misfire

I got a code p0301 for a cylinder one misfire I changed the spark plugs and wires but still have the problem. Any suggestions on what else I can look at.

Check the sparkplug, compression and injector for no.1 cyl

Also check for vacuum leaks around that cylinder inlet manifold section.
