My front right wheel is making a metal on metal waawaawaa noise. The noise ceases when I press the gas pedal. Have new brakes & rotor. Wondering if my caliper could be sticking?

Caliper sticking is a good bet. Remove caliper and check slide bolts.

If the brakes were recently replaced, check the backing plate. Ensure it is not too close to the rotor. When performing the brake job, the plate could have been disturbed.

Use a screw driver to push the plate away from the rotor to resolve the problem if it is the cause.

Wow. Thanks y'all. That was fast. I've never done anything except change a tire, oil, and a tune up. This will be interesting. Lol thank y'all again for swift possibilities. :)
