Went out to start car yesterday and battery was dead. Tried to start would do nothing but click. Had battery checked and was told it was bad so put new one in. Still getting nothing but a click. Lights radio and horn work but when I try and start nothing.

Ok how are the battery terminal ends? Make sure they are clean. If that is all good then on I would need you to check for power on the small wire at the starter. Use a digital multi meter and connect it to the small wire and turn the key to the start position if there is power there ( I think there will be) then I would recomend removing the starter take it to you local parts store and have it tested if bad replace it.
