Someone put really old gas in my gas tank only like an 1/8 of tank and if I put double if not more fresh gas in it will it hurt my car?

Yes. If you put double or more it will work. I've did this on diesels where someone has accidentally put gasoline in them.
I've also did this on a couple of my old cars that sit for long periods (9 months or more).
