Hi. I have a s500 lwb 1999. All the electrics to my rear passenger door are not working. This includeds seat adjustment. Windows. Heating and cooling of seat. And the buttons to allow you to move the front passenger seat. Other problems are the central locking does not work and also the rear cd cassette does not load into the player, although makes the noise as if it is? Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Do you
have the same problem?

There might be a disonnected terminal connector. Look under the seat and check for any loose fittings or connectors that are not connected together. This may also be happening in the door. You may have to pull the trim panel off to check the wiring in it, however this is something to hold off on till last as the other systems indicate something else as a connector or wiring problems in harness between the seat and its main harness connection. The cnetral loacking unti may be an entirely seperate issue in itself as I am sure the CD player is a problem in itself.
The only way they might be connected is a fault in the Anti-theft Systme.
The first thing to do is to have the trouble codes pulled. Adavance Auto or Auto Zone will do this for free.
Thsi will give you the best clue into the problem and if there is a correlation with any or all of them.
