1999 Lincoln Continental Inoticed Small Amount Oil On Floor Near Back Engine M

Inoticed a small amount of oil on the floor near the back of the engine I"m told its the intake manifold the mech putpressure into the radiator said he heard a leak a hiss but now its not leaking oil i know it didnt fix it he wants 730 dollars to fix it what do i do
