I don't have any windshield washers front or rear I checked all the fuses I can find and all are good. There is no noise. I looked for the pump to see if it was getting voltage but all I found is something that looks like a sensor any help would be great. Thanks

Washer fuse is underdash, separate from others. It supplies power to the washer motors attached to bottom of fluid reservoir before going to the switches to be grounded when the switch is activated.
