A friend of mine has po325 and po301 on this car my question is will a faulty knock sensor cause a misfire on cylinder 1, I drove it and it rides good she said it burns alot of gas though.

No, nissan had issues with this 325 code. Most cases it is a false code as it always comes up with another code.

Repair the missfire code on number 1 cylinder and it will disappear.
