The car has a new fuel pump. We have tested for spark, with the air box off the car. The security light flashes like normal. And has fuel pressure all the way to the fuel rail. But the car will not start and run. It will run off of starting fluid. It is almost as if something has shut off the fuel injectors. Is there a sensor of a sort that will do this?

Other articles are saying it could be the key but id rather be sure.

With the security light flashing that is the problem. To hard reboot the system take the negative battery cable off the battery and hold it to the positive cable for one minute this will discharge all system capacitors and reset the alarm. Here is a guide as well.

Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Cheers,
