1999 Hyundai Accent cooling system or indicator

When I got this car, the cooling radiator fan starts before that the heat indicator gets to the middle and if it still getting high the A/C fan start to work when the heat indicator gets between the normal and the high sign. Now the two fans start working when the indicator gets between the middle and high sign.

Check the coolant level.
Next, have your computer system scanned for codes and post them here for more help.

I'm thinking that the temperature sending unit is old and possibly covered by corrosion.

Thanks so much for your help, I will get these codes and type them in here as soon as I can.
I just want to mention that I've changed the radiator with the two fans and I've changed all the motor electrical cable and the other electrical cables of the fuse box and also I've changed the two motor thermostat.
