When I drive down the road my car sometimes misses like its not getting gas. It also dies when I'm setting at a red light. And its cut off when driving. Changed fuel filter and replaced relay cause it burnt out once. But didn't seem to fix the problems. Can you please help me.

If you have a check engine light have a local auto parts supplier scan the vehicle for codes and give them to me.
From your description it sounds like a vacuum leak or possibly a misfire. Either one should trigger the check engine light to come on.
You might also check the throttle body for what is called coking. Coking is build up around the throttle plate in the throttle body. Cleaning off these parts will only correct the poor idle only that is if this is the issue.
Thanks for the question.

There is no check engine light on. But I will check the throttle body and see if that fixes it. I will go have it scanned also

Ok let me know.
There is an aerosol spray called throttle body cleaner. This cleaner is the safest product to use on the throttle body. Use this and a rag and I would recommend wearing gloves in a well ventalated area. I use the handle of a screw driver to keep the throttle body valve open while I'm cleaning both top and bottom.
