Hi there, I have a Odyssey with 111000 Miles on the second tranny changed back in 03', I was wondering if it is now safe to switch to AMSOIL Synthetic transmission fluid? It has never been changed. I heard it can be to thin for trannys if you change too late. It changes to 2nd after it hits about 3100RPM, and sometimes slips. Any Ideas what I should do? Honda also now carries synthetic transmission fluid. Will it mess up my transmission?

Whay don't you just replace the fluid and filter and go from there or bring it in and have it further checked-

Yes that's exactly what I want to do, but few people told me it will be smoother and better if I switch to synthetic.
You think it can hurt my transmission?
