So I fill my car up with antifreeze and haven't even ran it yet before it drops all of it, sitting there being parked. It is dropping it from the left side of the car. Just want to know what it is that needs to fixed?

Can you give me more details? Why does it need to be filled? Does it have a leak? Were you doing repairs?
Are all the hoses connected?

It is not leaking from the water pump and all the hoses are connected, it is dropping all of it from the drivers side when I asked a mechanic he said something about being around the timing belt but he seemed unsure just wanted to know what can be the problem?

So it sounds like it is losing it from the engine and not from the radiator or cooling hoses.
I would normally say that there is a 99% chance that it is coming from the water pump area (The timing belt turns the water pump pulley), but you said that it isn't leaking from the water pump so I'm assuming that you've already had the timing cover off and inspected it.
Other than that there aren't too many places it could be coming from on the front of the engine.
