Hello,
My car lately has been acting a little weird, it shows a code reding p0171. I took it to my mechanic and he replaced all spark plugs, wirings, cleaned all sensors, and throttle as well as fuel filters. Still as of today im getting delayed speed and a smell of gas thorugh the a/c.

What else can be done because I have emissions this next month

If DTC P0171 (system too lean) is set, check for:

Insufficient fuel pump flow or pressure.
Clogged or leaking fuel feed line.
Fuel pressure regulator stuck open.
Clogged fuel filter.
Clogged or air blocked fuel injector.
Fuel octane level less than specification.
A deteriorated primary HO2S-1.
Excessive EGR system flow (D16Y5 engine).
Valves incorrectly adjusted.
An exhaust system leak.

It is not easy to rectify this code as the possibilities are vast.
